In light of the increasing impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) on our community, we want to reassure you and provide information about the proactive measures we are implementing across our offices to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients, employees, and the community at large. To prevent the spread of the virus, we have implemented the following precautions:

1. Our offices undergo regular cleaning and sanitization throughout the day as part of our standard operating procedures.
2. Patient exam rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each patient visit.
3. Hand sanitizer dispensers have been strategically placed in various locations, including counters and waiting rooms, for your convenience.
4. Employees are consistently reminded to adhere to proper handwashing techniques, with instructional posters displayed at all sinks.
5. CDC education notices are prominently displayed in all waiting areas and patient rooms.
6. Employees exhibiting any signs of illness are instructed not to report to work and are excused from duty.

All these practices align with the guidelines and recommendations provided by the CDC and WHO, as well as guidance from local, U.S. government, and public health agencies.

If you are currently experiencing symptoms of a cold or the flu, suspect exposure to someone with COVID-19, or have traveled to an impacted area outside the country in the last two weeks, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment.
