Dr. Rutecki is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of neuromusculoskeletal disorders and injuries.
She brings a whole-person approach to the management of musculoskeletal disorders using the latest technology to restore a patient’s quality of life, reduce pain, and optimize function. She has experience with a wide spectrum of neuromusculoskeletal diagnoses and treatments including electrodiagnostic medicine, ultrasound guided injections, osteopathic manipulative medicine, regenerative medicine, sports and overuse injuries, nerve injury, chronic headaches, and myofascial pain.
Dr. Rutecki graduated cum laude from Tufts University in Medford, MA where she was a member of the varsity Track & Field team. Between track and field and competitive dancing, she suffered from multiple sports and overuse injuries, and developed an interest and passion for musculoskeletal medicine.
She received her medical degree from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and is thrilled to continue to serve the residents of San Antonio and South Texas.
She also loves spending time with her husband and daughter, running, hiking, and adventuring outdoors.
